Lake Michigan Hillside Pool House

 

At Structural Dynamics, we have the capability of designing and implementing a repair for almost any situation. The pictures to the left show a situation where a pool house was moving down a very steep slope along the Lake Michigan Shoreline. Helical anchors were driven vertically into the slope to support the weight of the structure, and back into the slope at an angle to prevent the structure from sliding down the hill. Steel channels were bolted through the support posts and connected to the helical anchors with welded plates and threaded anchor extensions.
